Rebecca Underwood

Rebecca has worked in both private & school settings for over 35 years. Hugely experienced and totally committed, she understands the true value of education in the early years. She has always had strong links to the village. Rebecca has 3 sons, all of whom attended Rolleston Kindergarten, and who gained so much from the setting in their early years.
Rebecca is not only qualified and experienced in Early Years Education but is also a qualified football coach and club secretary to a large local community club away from work!

Martina Thorp

Martina started her career in education at Kindergarten and then worked in secondary education for several years. It's brilliant that Martina agreed to return to Kindergarten to work as deputy manager. She has a passion for the outside that she is keen to foster in all of our children at Kindy. Martina has 2 sons of her own and has lived in the village for over 15 years.

Gemma Pool

Gemma took a change in career joing Kindergarten as an apprentice 2 years ago. Gemma has 2 young children of her own and brings all that experience along with her.
Gemma enjoys involving the children in messy play and baking, providing them with lots of new sensory experiences and delicious outcomes to eat.

Nicki Burden

Nicki first came to Kindergarten as a parent, bringing her youngest of 3 children to us. Nicki shares the Kindergarten ethos and is super passionate for the early years, making her the ideal person to join our team. Nicki is studying for a degree in Early Childhood Education and brings her knowledge to work to improve the outcomes for all of our children.

Nicole Mitchell

Nicole joined us as an apprentice 1 year ago, but being mum to 4 girls means she has plenty of experience. Nicole has a huge love of animals and is keen to introduce our children to all of her pets and encourage them to undertsand the importance of caring for all creatures and their habitats.

Claire

Claire is an unsung hero in our team, and has been a Rollestonian all her life!....She plays an integral and hugely important part to ensure that at the end of each day the nursery is cleaned and disinfected ready for the following day. We regularly sanitise and clean all the toys and equipment within the nursery as we look to maintain the very highest standard of cleanliness.
